The cuisine of Tao Yuan is guided by fresh ingredients that are available locally, infused with Asian flavors and a mixture of modern cooking techniques, to produce food that is unique, and that we hope you will find delicious. Flavors vary from upscale versions of Asian street food, to the chef's signature pan seared scallops with beet and yuzu kosho purée, sake velouté, and beet salad with yuzu vinaigrette; along with a variety of wines, beers, and signature cocktails, all served on small plates to allow each diner to sample several courses in a single meal.
Sunday Schedule – Gastronomic Tour of Asia
This Sunday, April 19th, will feature Japanese street food and casual cuisine. House made soba noodles will be served with shrimp tempura and tentsuyu sauce. Takoyaki is a street food made by frying octopus, parmesan and batter in a special pan to form a crispy ball drizzled with tonkatsu sauce, mayo and togarashi. We will also be offering special sake pairing featuring Hakkaisan sakes to accompany the menu. The schedule of countries is below:

Sunday is a prix fixe menu only (price will vary) with wine pairings available. We will try and post menus online the week prior to the event.
