Discover Tao Yuan

The cuisine of Tao Yuan is guided by fresh ingredients that are available locally, infused with Asian flavors and a mixture of modern cooking techniques, to produce food that is unique, and that we hope you will find delicious.  Flavors vary from upscale versions of Asian street food, to the chef's signature pan seared duck breast with strawberry, black cardamom, zucchini; along with a variety of wines, beers, and signature cocktails, all served on small plates to allow each diner to sample several courses in a single meal.

Harvest Dinner Series Returns

Farm dinners allows us to showcase and celebrate local farmers who provide us with such beautiful quality products.  The dinners are a Prix Fixe meal highlighting produce, meats and cheeses from the farms that we use throughout the year.  The prices of the dinners will range from $48-$68 and will include everything from starters through dessert.  In addition, we will be offering optional wine pairings for an added price to complement the flavors of the food.  The featured farmers will be attending their dinner, giving guests the opportunity to learn more about the farms, ask questions, and enjoy their meals alongside those who produced them.

A Tour of the World through Wine

On the fourth Thursday of every month we will be hosting a regional wine dinner.  The series will be a tour of the world through wine with Chris Peterman, our sommelier, selecting fun, unusual, and classic wines from each region.  Cara will then create a menu specifically created to complement and enhance each wine.  We will often depart from our usual style of Asian small plates, so this is a fun way to experience Tao as we experiment with food from all over the world.
