Discover Tao Yuan
The cuisine of Tao Yuan is guided by fresh ingredients that are available locally, infused with Asian flavors and a mixture of modern cooking techniques, to produce food that is unique, and that we hope you will find delicious. Flavors vary from upscale versions of Asian street food, to the chef's signature pan seared scallops with celeriac puree, white dashi, trout roe and nori; along with a variety of wines, beers, and signature cocktails, all served on small plates to allow each diner to sample several courses in a single meal.
Winter Schedule & Special EventsOregon Wine Dinner. We resume our wine dinner series showcasing wines from Oregon on Thursday, March 30th. Click HEREfor the menu or read our blog entry "Exploring Oregon Wines". The price of the dinner is $98 per person, all hospitality included.
Easter Brunch. We will be open for brunch on April 16th from 11a-2p. We will be offering a prix fixe menu for $58 per person. Some of the dishes featured will be a spring radish salad with a brown butter dressing, our BLT steamed buns with house bacon and much more. You can find the tentative menu HERE. Our regular menu will not be available. Space is limited and reservations are highly recommended. Please call 207.725.9002 for reservations.
Gastronomical Tour of China: We offer a special Prix Fixe family-style dinner every Sunday featuring the cuisine of 13 different provinces/regions of China. Descriptions of the cuisine of each region can be found in our blog HERE.Explore the famous dishes of each of these regions all from your table in Brunswick, Maine.

Most dinners are $45.80 per person (all service included). You can save by committing to a number of the regional dinners ahead of time. Packages of 4 dinners are available for $171, once purchased you can choose that number of dinners from all of the 13 events.
On Sundays, we open at 4pm and take reservations until 7:30.
Reservations are recommended.

Effective 12/1/2016, we include hospitality and service in all our menu pricing. We do not accept tips.

We are open for dinner 5 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Our hours are:
